On Friday, Ciara, was involved in a car accident in Los Angeles while pregnant with her first child with husband Russell Wilson.

A fender-bender:

The singer tried to make a left turn with her white Mercedes SUV when a gray Volvo T-boned her vehicle on the passenger side. Thankfully, neither Ciara nor the Volvo driver sustained any injuries.

According to the LAPD, a traffic unit arrived on the scene to assist parties exchange their contact information and that there will be no investigation in the matter.

Ciara’s rep told E! News: “Ciara and the baby are doing well. The driver was illegally in the bus lane and hit the right side of her car.”

Ciara appeared calm, according to an eyewitness, the other driver seemed awe struck. Both drivers shook hands and were nice to each other.

Ciara’s wouldn’t reveal her due date. She joked saying that she will be delivering the baby and an album at the same time.

New found bliss:

Ciara’s older son, Future Zahir, whom she shares with her ex, rapper Future. They had cancelled their engagement in a messy separation, but Ciara has found marital bliss with her current husband, NFL star Russell Wilson.

Ciara gushed about her new found love to HarpersBazaar.com, saying: “If someone’s not supporting you and your vision and your dream—whether it’s your relationship partner, your friend, whomever—then you’ve got to make sure to keep it moving. If people aren’t lifting you up, even if you’re the strongest person in the world, eventually it does chip away at you. You don’t even realize that you’re losing yourself. And that’s the scariest place to be in life. I don’t want to lose myself. I love myself too much. I love life too much.”

With her positive life view and her blissful relationship, the singer is ready to introduce her son to his future brother or sister: “He’ll randomly pull my shirt up and be like, ‘I want to see the baby. Hello, baby. How you doing, baby? I love you, baby. OK, talk to you later, baby. Bye, bye,'” she gushes. “Then he’ll kiss me on my belly and put my shirt back down.”
